Uganda’s education industry is hampered by a number of issues. High levels of teacher and student absenteeism, ineffective school management systems, insufficient learning resources availability, and huge class sizes are among them. A key concern is the scarcity of instructors in underserved areas, as well as the absence of accommodation for teachers in remote and difficult-to-reach places.
