The goal is to provide practical and vocational skills to the kids through the establishment of empowerment clubs both inside and outside of school that may further teach them in needed production, managerial, accounting, and sales management abilities.
We teach rural youngsters the skills they need to find meaningful work and earn a living. We offer training in a variety of fields, including tailoring and mechanics, hairdressing and leatherwork, welding, and agribusiness. Financial literacy, market analysis, sales and marketing, and other skills needed to establish and grow a viable small business are also taught to participants. Some of the participating girls and young women are breaking down gender boundaries by becoming the first female mechanics in their areas. Due to poverty or child marriage, several of the participants had to drop out of school and were unable to complete their education.
